Date Night {Charlex}

“Sounds like a good plan to me.” Lexxie laughed in agreement. She held his hand  across the table, and face down to the table as the blush went across her face once again. It was silly how easily he could do that to her. “Maybe a little, but I happen to love cheesy.” She smiled over t her boyfriend, but they were interrupted by the flirty waitress again. Lex quickly gave her order and waited as Charlie did the same.

Charles smiled at Lex and was about to lean over the table to kiss her when the waitress came back, sighing he sat back and forced a polite smile onto his face as he ordered. As soon as she was gone, he rolled his eyes. “Women,” he joked with a laugh. He got serious and started the game he liked to play. “So, we’re in…. Chicago. And it’s after the apocalypse. Zombies are everywhere and we can only rely on each other. What do we do?”

Lexxie shook her head and laughed as he worried about sounding pretentious. “Babe, I don’t think that sounds pretentious. I mean, we are at Olive Garden. Now, if you went to a restaurant where you paid 200 dollars a plate and ordered a 40 year old wine, that would be pretentious. Lobster Linguini? Just means you have good tastes.” She smiled closing her menu setting it down on the table. ” I promise you, I won’t pick something you hate. I’ll try and pick and action movie, thats a good compromise right?” she asked raising her eyebrow curiously.

Charlie laughed ad sat his menu down as well. “Thanks, babe. I’ll try to not spend a couple hundred on dinner then.” Charlie smiled and reached across the table for her hand. “That’s an amazing compromise,” he said with a smile. “But you know I’ll like anything we go see, as long as I’m seeing it with you.” He smiled for a minute and then pursed his lips. “Was that too cheesy?”

It’s perfectly healthy, in fact it’s a good thing I still have a sexual appetite for your mother.

You know, I’d have to wonder what it’d be like if you didn’t. Though I’m totally and completely happy that you do, because I just so happen to still have a sexual appetite for you.

MOM!

Honey, I’m sure, as much as I would disapprove and pissed off as I would be, that you and Alexia have sex. It’s only natural.

OHMYGOD

Date Night {Charlex}

alexiapuckerman:

She kissed him back, happy to prove to the flirty hostess that he was hers. They sat down at the table, Lex practically laughing as the host’s flirtations were ignored. She smiled as he wiggled his eyebrows to her over his menu. “I thought she would never leave.” Lex looked over her menu, though she already knew what she wanted to order. “What are you getting?” She asked him taking a sip of her water.

"I think the lobster linguini sounds good," he said with a smile, picking up his water glass. "Unless, does that sound too pretentious?" He laughed and took a sip. His dad being partner at a successful law firm meant that Charles had never had to restrict himself to the cheap side of the menu, and he’d developed peculiar tastes for peculiar foods as he’d grown up. But now he was worried that being used to the finer things was a… bad thing. He sighed and pushed the thought out of his mind. "So, on a scale of 1-10, how much am I going to either hate or love this movie?"

“He definitely deserves cookies or something.” She smirked back at him. “Yes, it doesn’t really have a name, its just… it smells nice. Like a boy. I like it.” She shrugged her shoulders not really knowing a better way to describe the way he smelled. He smelled like Charles, and it was one of her favorite smells.

Lex smiled as he opened the door for her, always a gentlemen. They walked into the restaurant, and Lexxie’s senses were quickly overwhelmed by the mouth watering scent of the itialian food. As if in response, her stomach growled quietly, and she laughed a little bit to herself. She listened as Charlie whispered in her ear and turned to smile up at him. “You always have the right thing to say don’t you?” she asked, looking up into his eyes. “I think she’s jealous cause I’m with such a handsome guy, and she can’t be. But you’re mine, so she can just get over it.” she said matter-of-factly.

Charles laughed loudly and pecked her on the lips. “And I won’t forget it, babe.” He loved that she was so firm in her assertion that he was hers. It was such a turn on. He kissed her again sweetly before the hostess coughed pointedly and interrupted them. He chuckled and held Lex’s hand as they followed the girl to their table. After she sat them, he made a point to ignore her flirtations and waited until she went away. “Finally,” he said, comically agonized.

He picked up his menu and waggled his eyebrows over it at her, trying to make her laugh.
